News Release Form

Use this electronic form to request an announcement in the President's Weekly or to request a News Release. Please provide a detailed description of the event or accomplishment, and try to submit all News Release requests at least two weeks in advance. All requests are subject to revision by the Public Information Officer.

Photo Release Form

This form should be used to secure permission to use the likeness of any and all recognizable people visible in a photograph or image used by Fullerton College. If you are unsure whether you need a release, it is advisable to get one. You may also contact the Public Information Officer for assistance.
