FULLERTON-The state of education: A free public forum, “The State of Education in the Education City,” will be held at 6:45 p.m. Sept. 21 at the Main Library. Featured speakers include: Mitch Hovey, superintendent of the Fullerton School District; George Giokaris, who leads the high school district; Kathleen Hodge, president of Fullerton College; and Willie Hagan, vice president of administration at Cal State Fullerton. Audience members can ask questions. Neighbors United for Fullerton will host the event. The library is at 353 W. Commonwealth Ave.
